About Our Firm

Founded in Phoenix, Arizona, by partners Mark Goldberg and John Osborne, Goldberg & Osborne opened its first office in March 1989. Just months later, we opened a second office in Tucson. Since that time, our firm has grown to 21 offices and more than 25 lawyers throughout the state of Arizona. In addition, Goldberg & Osborne has associations with law firms throughout the U.S. that enable us to help injured people all across the country.

Mark Goldberg received a Bachelor of Science degree with high honors from Stevens University of Technology in 1967, and was awarded a Juris Doctor in 1970 by the New York University School of Law. John Osborne is an honors graduate from Stanford University. He received his Juris Doctor in 1981 from the University of Texas at Austin.
